Who we are and what this policy covers
Complete Digital Marketing and Technologies, Inc. operates MyPerfectLeads.com under the My Perfect Leads brand. This policy covers personal information collected through this business-facing website and related inquiries about lead-generation services.
This website is for prospective business buyers of leads. It is not a consumer mortgage application. Consumer inquiries submitted through MyPerfectMortgage.com, REInvestorGuide.com or another lead-source website are covered by the notices on those sites. This policy does not replace those notices or the agreements governing purchased leads and client services.
Information you provide
Our buyer inquiry form asks for lender type, company name and website, number of loan officers, lead-buying budget, discovery-call questions, first and last name, email address and telephone number. The homepage also lets you enter a ZIP code to continue to the inquiry page. If you email or call us, we receive the information you provide in that communication.
We use business inquiry information to understand your needs, respond to you, discuss services and maintain records of those communications. Submitting an inquiry does not purchase leads or create a service agreement. Please do not submit consumer lead files, Social Security numbers, bank credentials or mortgage documents through this form or an ordinary email.
Website and technical information
WordPress and Gravity Forms process and store form submissions. Submission records can include the page where a form was submitted and browser information. We have disabled IP-address storage in the buyer inquiry form for new submissions; historical entries and other website infrastructure or third-party services may still hold or process IP addresses. Our website hosting and content-delivery services also process technical requests needed to deliver the website.
The website includes Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics, Ahrefs Analytics, and HandL UTM Grabber for website measurement and traffic attribution. These technologies process visit and interaction information, browser/device information, referring pages and campaign information. Cookies and similar identifiers may associate visits or interactions with a browser. Fonts and scripts are also delivered through external providers, including Google Fonts and public content-delivery networks.
The site includes TrustedForm and LeadiD/Jornaya technology used to document online lead interactions. These tools can collect details about the page, device and interaction with forms. Their presence does not, by itself, establish consent for a particular call, text or recipient.
How information is disclosed
Buyer inquiries are stored in WordPress and configured to be emailed to our business team. Staff handling your inquiry can access the information needed to respond. Hosting, form, email, measurement, attribution and lead-interaction technology providers process information in connection with the functions described above. Third-party website technologies receive technical information directly from your browser.
The sale of consumer leads through our business is separate from this website's business inquiry form. This policy does not make a blanket promise that every disclosure across our lead-generation business is excluded from the legal definitions of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Those definitions vary by law and can include some advertising-related disclosures. You may request an applicable opt-out through the contact methods below. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive personal records through ordinary website inquiries or email.
